Cancellation,
one after another,
off my list.
Thinking very hard,
to replace each of those
struck off entries.
Did yours diminish
like mine did,
to the verge of disappearance.
I could find nothing more,
for all I needed,
were by my side.
And anything more,
would just be a chase,
that is as good as it last.
